Follow-up flow

- Send your quote the way you always do, with our address in the bcc.
- The agent does
- Day 3 a message, day 7 an email, day 14 a final nudge. The moment the customer replies, everything stops.

Questions about automations
What's the difference between a flow and a chatbot?
A chatbot talks to your customer: it sits on your website or WhatsApp and answers questions, catches enquiries or books an appointment. A flow works: it runs behind the scenes and does something for you, with no conversation. The follow-up flow chases your quote, the admin flow books your receipts, the scheduling flow lays out your week. They're sold separately and sit happily side by side.
Do I need a website from you to rent a flow?
No. Every flow works standalone: on your existing website, over WhatsApp, or with no site at all — most don't need a page, because they run on your email, your calendar or your bookkeeping. If you do have a website with us, you switch them on within the same invoice and they share the same knowledge base.
My work is put together differently. Does nothing fit?
