A low one-off setup (€0 to €250 per product, website €495) and then a fixed monthly rent of €79 to €595, excluding VAT. That includes everything: hosting, monitoring, AI usage (tokens), messaging costs, support and continuous optimisation. No four-figure project prices up front, and voice and agents are cancellable monthly.

No catch: we build fast and cheap because we develop everything ourselves, and we earn on the rent, not on a fat invoice up front. That also means we have to earn it every single month, or you simply cancel. Only the website has a 6-month minimum, because that's where most of the up-front work sits.

Continuous optimisation is part of the rent. Every month we review: which questions did your bot get, where did a conversation get stuck, what could be smarter? We apply that immediately, along with new AI models and features as they become available. You're not renting a static product but a system that moves with the market.

That runs through us rather than a self-service panel: tell us what you'd like changed, and we implement it as part of the monthly optimisation already included in the rent. That keeps your bot consistent, and keeps us accountable if something goes wrong.

All data remains yours, in systems under your name. We only process what the flows need, sign a data processing agreement, and use European or GDPR-compliant providers. If you stop renting, you get a clean export of all your data, and your domain and Google connections remain yours regardless.

Yes. Using Exact, e-Boekhouden, Moneybird, a calendar or a CRM? We connect through their official APIs and webhooks. Got nothing? Then our own lightweight system is the source, no extra subscriptions needed. We build around your way of working, not the other way round.

Every monthly rent includes generous usage: 300 call minutes on voice and 1,000 conversations per chat agent per month. A normal construction or installation business never exceeds that. If you do, you pay €0.35 per extra call minute or €0.10 per extra conversation, or buy a cheaper top-up bundle. Purchased bundles never expire while you rent: whatever is left rolls over in full to the next month.

You pay the rent monthly in advance via iDEAL, credit card or crypto; we don't do buy-now-pay-later (like Klarna). After your rental month ends you have 3 days to pay for the next month, otherwise the service is temporarily switched off until payment is made. You can cancel any time: you rent per month and stop at the end of the current rental month, with no refund for that month. Prefer to pay a year ahead? Then you get 20% off twelve times the monthly price, paid fully up front, with a 30-day rethink period: cancel within it (with usage inside one month's allowance) and you get the annual amount back minus one month at the regular rate.

The voicemail bot and FAQ agent are live within days and work from day one. The voicebot is live in 1 to 2 weeks, the website in 2 to 3 weeks. You don't have to install anything yourself — we build, connect and manage everything remotely.
