Questions about voice
Doesn't a voicebot sound like a robot?
Dutch voice AI matured in 2026: under 5% word errors and response times below 600 milliseconds. The voice is natural and conversations flow. What callers mostly notice is that they don't hit voicemail but get helped immediately. That's what sticks.
What does the voicebot do in a real emergency?
Emergency triage is built in as standard. For a leak or heating failure the bot transfers straight to the on-call engineer and sends a WhatsApp summary along. Non-urgent calls get scheduled properly. You define the rules upfront: what counts as urgent, who's on call, and when.
Does the voicebot answer every call, or only when I can't?
Your choice. Most businesses start with 'overflow': the bot answers when nobody picks up within a few seconds, and outside working hours. If you like it, you can have it answer everything so your team works uninterrupted.
What does the outbound bot actually call about, and isn't that pushy?
It only calls people who are already customers or applicants: following up last week's quote, announcing a boiler service, confirming an appointment. Short, friendly and under your company name. We deliberately don't do cold sales calls. Those damage your name.
Does the outbound bot also work for Belgian (+32) numbers?
Yes. Our service area is the Netherlands and Flanders, so calling and reaching Belgian numbers is simply part of it, no separate setup or extra cost.
