What every monthly rent includes
Every monthly rent includes: hosting, monitoring, AI usage (tokens), API and messaging costs, support, a monthly report and continuous optimisation. Your agent gets better every month. Generous usage is included: 300 call minutes on voice and 1,000 conversations per chat agent per month. Beyond that: €0.35/min or €0.10/conversation, or cheaper via a top-up bundle. Whatever you don't use from a purchased bundle simply rolls over to the next month.
What always applies
- ✓Voicebots, chatbots and agents: cancel monthly. You can cancel any time, you rent per month and stop at the end of the current rental month
- ✓Websites and Complete Set: 6-month minimum, then monthly
- ✓Annual rent paid up front = 20% discount, with a 30-day rethink period

- ✓All prices excl. 21% VAT
- ✓Stopping = agent off; your domain, Google connections and data remain yours

Which service fits me?
Where do I start if I have nothing yet?
With the gap that costs the most. If the phone keeps ringing while you work, start with the voicemail bot (€79 a month, no setup). If you have no decent website, start with Website Basic. If work piles up in the office, look at the agents. In the free scan we spend an hour with you and say which of the three it is in your case.
What's the difference between a chatbot and an agent?
A chatbot talks to your customer: it sits on your website or WhatsApp, answers questions, catches enquiries and books appointments. An agent works: it runs behind the scenes with no conversation — chasing quotes, booking receipts, following up invoices. Voicebots do what a chatbot does, but over the phone.
Do I have to take everything at once?
No, and that's exactly why Website Basic exists: five pages, and you add the rest when you're ready. Every part is rented separately and switched on or off per month. If you do want the lot at once, Complete Set is €257 a month cheaper than the same parts separately.
Can I put agents and bots on my existing website?
Yes. The chatbots drop onto any existing site with one small script: WordPress, Wix, custom, it doesn't matter. The voicebots hang off your phone number and need no website at all. The work agents run on your email, your calendar or your bookkeeping. So you don't have to replace anything to get started.
