- Day 3 a message, day 7 an email, day 14 a final nudge. The moment the customer replies, everything stops.

Questions about agents
What's the difference between an agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot talks to your customer: it sits on your website or WhatsApp and answers questions, catches enquiries or books an appointment. An agent works: it runs behind the scenes and does something for you, with no conversation. The follow-up agent chases your quote, the admin agent books your receipts, the receivables agent goes after your money. They're sold separately and sit happily side by side.
Do I need a website from you to rent an agent?
No. Every agent works standalone: on your existing website, over WhatsApp, or with no site at all — most don't need a page, because they run on your email, your calendar or your bookkeeping. If you do have a website with us, you switch them on within the same invoice and they share the same knowledge base.
My trade isn't listed. Does that mean nothing fits?
Quite the opposite: eight of the thirteen are deliberately trade-independent. Chasing a quote, booking a receipt and following up an unpaid invoice look the same at a dental practice as at a roofing firm. Only where the depth genuinely belongs to one trade is there a separate agent. And full custom work is always possible — that starts with the free scan.
How much work is it for me to switch an agent on?
